摘要
在建筑工程建设中,施工组织管理的重要性不言而喻,良好的施工组织管理是提升建筑施工质量,完成企业建设目标的重要保障。因此,本文结合笔者的实践工程经验,针对建筑工程施工组织管理中存在的突出问题,提出了有效的解决对策,希望能够为相关的工程实践提供一定的借鉴意义。
In building engineering construction, the construction organization and management is very important,good construction organization and management is the important guarantee of improving the construction quality and completing the goal of construction of enterprise.Therefore,in this paper,combined with the author＇ s practical engineering experience,for outstanding problems that exist in the construction engineering construction organization and management,we put forward the effective countermeasures,hoping to provide certain reference significance for relevant engineering practice.
