摘要
旨在探讨等离子体种子处理机对水稻恶苗病的预防效果。试验共设4个处理,处理1为等离子体种子处理,处理2和3为25%咪鲜胺乳油不同浓度浸种,处理4为空白对照(CK)。结果显示等离子体种子处理的水稻秧苗,根色白,平均每株根数较其他处理多0.8~1.6条,根长比其他处理长0.3~1.3 cm。说明等离子体种子处理能够促进根系发育,起到发根壮苗的作用。等离子体种子处理对水稻恶苗病的苗床上防效仅为25%,本田防效为70.59%。水稻种子经等离子体处理后,与空白对照相比,产量增加13.2%。等离子体处理对提高种子的抗病性有一定作用,因效果有限,还不能完全代替药剂使用,但是增产效果明显。
The aim is to explore the preventive effect of plasma treating seed on rice bakanae disease(Fusarium moniliforme Sheld). Four treatments were designed, including treatment 1 with plasma treating seed,treatment 2 and 3 with soaking seed by different concentrations of 25% prochloraz EC, treatment 4 as the blankcontrol. The results showed that the rice roots color of treatment 1 was whiter than that of others, the number ofroot was 0.8-1.6 more than that of others, and the length of root was 0.3-1.3 cm longer than that of others.Therefore, root system development was accelerated by plasma seed treatment technology for rooting and strongseedling. The control effect of plasma treating seeds on rice bakanae disease was 25% in seed beds, 70.59% infield. Rice yield of the plasma treatment group increased by 13.2% in comparing with that of the control. Riceresistance to bakanae disease was strengthened, but the effect was not very good, so chemical fungicides couldnot be replaced by plasma seed treatment technology completely. But there was an obvious increase in the yield of rice.
