摘要
介绍基于GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC的PROFIBUS-DP实验系统硬件组成及工作原理,给出了PROFIBUS-DP条件下主站和从站程序设计进行硬件组态方法,说明PROFIBUS-DP实验系统的2种典型应用和在PROFIBUS-DP条件下设计MCGS监控组态软件设计要点。实际使用效果证明,本PROFIBUS-DP实验PLC系统拓展了原有孤立PLC系统硬件和软件使用的灵活性,而且运行稳定可靠,维护方便。
This article describes the experiment system of PROFIBUS-DP based on GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC,including its hardware composition,working principle, given the method of hardware configuration about the master and slave program of PLC on the base of PROFIBUS-DP, and explained two typical applications of this system and the key design points of MCGS configuration software under the condition of PROFIBUS-DP.The actual using effect proved that not only this experiment system of PROFIBUS-DP can expand the flexibility of the PLC hardware and software than the previous and isolated PLC system, but also proved that the system was stable and reliable, easy to maintain.
