摘要
针对掘进机智能化控制水平较低,不能实现远程遥控作业及监测,难以实现掘进工作面的少人化和无人化的问题,提出一种基于无线传输的掘进机远程控制和监测系统,从系统框架、硬件平台、软件设计以及实际应用4个方面进行详细阐述。实现了掘进机工作的远程控制、远程监测以及掘进机运行状态参数的实时监测与显示。工业性试验结果表明该系统具有较高的推广价值。
Aiming at the problem of roadheader intelligent control level is relatively low, can not accomplish remote control and monitoring.cannot solve the problem of the working face Unattended.The article proposed a remote control and monitoring system for coal roadheader based on wireless transmission, and elaborated from the aspects of framework、hardware platform、software design、and practical applications. The system achieved roadheader's remote control、remote monitoring、real-time detection of running state. The industrial test result has showed that the system has higher promotion value.
