介绍了CFD计算流体动力学的基本思想和求解过程,通过Solidworks建立三维模型-液压球阀,并结合该实例,运用CFD软件Flow Simulation对液压球阀进行流体动力学仿真分析,直观展现了球阀内流场形态,为球阀设计和优化提供了理论指导。
Introduced the basic idea and solving process of CFD. With the 3D model of ball valve using the software Solidworks, the writer carried out fluid dynamics simulation analysis with the CFD software Flow Simulation. In this simulation,the results showed the flow field of ball valve intuitively in order to provide theoretical guidance of the design and optimizing of ball valve.
