摘要
针对金刚石钻头在坚硬致密弱研磨性地层钻进时易出现钻进打滑现象,我们分析了坚硬致密弱研磨性地层的岩性特点,阐述了钻头打滑的原因,从胎体配方研究、钻头结构研究、金刚石参数设计、制作工艺及设备研究4个方面介绍了近年来国内外科研人员所做的研究工作和科研成果,并对钻头的发展方向进行了总结和展望。
The diamond bit trends to slip when drilling ultra-hard compact and weak-abrasion rock formation. This paper analyzes the characteristic of ultra-hard compact and weak abrasion rock formation,expounds the reason of bit slipping and introduces the research progress of recent years from 4 aspects,namely matrix formula,bit structure,diamond parameter and production equipment.In addition,the development direction of diamond bit is also summarized and prospected in this paper.
