摘要
厦门市轨道2号线海沧大道站一东渡路站跨海隧道区间采用泥水平衡盾构机施工,盾构机刀盘直径为7043mm,管片的长度为1500mm,每环产生的渣土约为60m^3。地面建立泥水分离场,单条隧道的配置处理能力为1100m^3/h泥水分离设备,现根据盾构施工左线在不同的施工阶段进行分析,探讨适合该区间的盾构优质泥浆。
Xiamen Haicang Avenue Rail Line 2 Station-Crossing Tunnel Road Station east section using slurry shield machine construction, shield cutter diameter of 7043mm, tube sheet length 1500mm, each ring produced muck about 60m3.Ground build mud separation field, allocates processing power of a single tunnel 1100m3/h dewatering equipment, is analyzed according to shield construction left line at different stages of construction, to explore suitable for the range of high-quality mud shield.
