低温贮藏对两个马铃薯品种生理特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 研究了两个大小级别(5~10 g和>10 g)的云薯401和云薯505原原种在7℃冷库中贮藏的生理变化。结果表明,马铃薯的贮藏生理特性主要与品种有关:云薯401休眠期较短(53 d),云薯505休眠期较长(130 d);同一品种马铃薯贮藏中的生理变化趋势一致,表现为:随贮藏时间延长,含水量不断下降,质量损失率增大,相对电导率先升高后降低;大小级别对种薯的影响表现为:大级别种薯(>10 g)的发芽率和芽长高于小级别(5~10 g)的种薯;随着贮藏时间的延长,两级别种薯芽长的差距不断增大,说明大种薯比小种薯更具有生长优势。 The paper investigated the physiological changes of breeder seeds of potato ‘Yunshu 401' and ‘Yunshu505' in two size grades(5~10 g and >10 g) during storage at 7 ℃. The results showed that, the main physiological characteristics of potato were correlated with the varieties, ‘Yunshu 401' had a shorter dormant period(53 d), while‘Yunshu 505' had a longer one(130 d). For different size seeds of the same variety, the changing trend of physiological characters were consistent during storage, with increased storage time, the water content declined, the weight loss rate increased while the relative conductivity increased first and then reduced. The results of effect of potato seeds size on physiological change showed that, the germination rate and bud length of big size seeds(>10 g)were higher than the small ones(5~10 g), the gap of bud length was increasing continuously with the storage time, indicating the growth advantage of big seeds was better than the small ones.
