摘要
试验旨在研究锤片式粉碎机筛孔直径对玉米和小麦粉碎粒度、生产效率和颗粒饲料品质的影响。采用工厂实际生产条件下的锤片式粉碎机,选用2.5、3.0 mm和3.2 mm孔径的筛片,对玉米和小麦进行粉碎,测定并计算几何平均粒径,然后经过混合制粒。评价粉状配合饲料和颗粒料的质量,分析粉碎过程中生产效率和单位产量电耗。试验结果表明:筛孔直径显著影响玉米和小麦几何平均粒径(P<0.05),且与筛孔直径存在线性相关(P<0.05);筛孔直径显著影响玉米和小麦的粉碎生产效率及电耗(P<0.05),显著影响颗粒饲料混合均匀度、硬度、含粉率(P<0.05)。综上所述,在实际生产条件下,锤片式粉碎机的筛孔直径显著影响玉米和小麦的几何平均粒径、粉碎效率、电耗以及颗粒饲料的品质。
The objectives of the present study were to study the screen size on grinding particle size, production efficiency and feed quality of corn and wheat. Calculating the geometric mean particle size of corn and wheat after smashing with 2.5,3.0 or 3.2 mm screen under hammer mill of actual factory conditions, and then granulating after mixing. Evaluating the quality of feed and pellets, production ef- ficiency and power consumption per unit of smashing. The results showed that screen size significantly linear affected geometric mean particle diameter of corn and wheat (P〈0.05), production efficiency and power consumption(P〈0.05), and feed mixing uniformity, hardness, containing powder ratio (P〈0.05). These results indicated that the screen size of hammer mill significantly affectted the geometric mean particle size of corn and wheat, grinding efficiency, power consumption and quality of feed and pellets under actual production conditions.
