Cronkhite-Canada综合征合并弥漫性消化道出血1例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的为Cronkhite-Canada综合征的诊治提供经验和体会。方法报告本院近期收治的1例Cronkhite-Canada综合征患者的临床资料及诊疗过程,并复习近年来国内外相关文献。结果 Cronkhite-Canada综合征是一组以消化道息肉病及外胚层改变为主要特点的疾病。临床表现为腹泻、营养不良以及外胚层改变三联征(毛发脱落、指甲萎缩和皮肤色素沉着)。多篇文献报道糖皮质激素治疗有效。本文报道1例确诊为Cronkhite-Canada综合征病例,经糖皮质激素治疗后出现消化道弥漫出血,血小板降低。停用糖皮质激素,经积极输注红细胞和血小板后患者脱离生命危险。结论 Cronkhite-Canada综合征治疗应以综合治疗为主,运用糖皮质激素治疗时应警惕消化道出血发生。
