摘要
为提升输电线路雷击故障判定的自动性与时效性,最大限度减少输电线路因雷击故障导致的停运时间,研发了输电线路跳闸雷电绕反击故障自动诊断系统。基于输电线路跳闸信息和雷电定位系统的广域监测数据,进行雷电流幅值与杆塔绕反击耐雷水平对比,实现了雷击故障杆塔区间准确定位和雷电绕反击性质自动辨别。该系统已在南方电网部署应用,将长期以来雷击故障点事后的人工查询和雷击事故判断提升为实时诊断,为输电线路雷击故障快速处置、差异化防雷评估改造工作提供了有效的技术指导,对于保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。
In order to improve the automaticity and efficiency of lightning trip-out fault diagnosis for transmission line, and to minimize the downtime of transmission line caused by lightning failure, a lightning trip-out shielding failure and back striking fault automatic diagnosis system for transmission line is proposed and developed.Comparing lightning current with the shielding failure and back striking lightning-withstand level of line tower based on the tripping information of transmission line and wide-area lightning monitoring data of lightning location system, the lightning failures tower range accurate positioning and lightning trip shielding failure and back striking fault automatic identification is achieved. The system has been applied to southern power grid,updates the long-standing lightning strike fault points by artificial query and lightning accident judgment to realtime automatic diagnosis, and provides effective technical guidance for rapid disposal of lightning failure and differentiated lightning protection evaluation of transmission line, so as to ensure the operation of power grid more security and stability has the vital significance.
