摘要
为获得产Monacolin K红曲菌株,对10个不同来源的浓香型大曲样品进行分离纯化,共收集到18株红曲菌株。通过薄层层析法初筛及高效液相色谱法复筛,得到1株产Monacolin K菌株MY1,通过对其形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定,判断MY1为紫色红曲菌(Monascus purpureus)。
To obtain Monacolin K-producing Monascus strains, 18 Monascus strains were isolated from 10 Nongxiang Daqu samples of difference sources. Through TLC primary screening and HPLC secondary screening, a Monacolin K-producing strain MY1 was finally obtained. It was identified as Monascus purpureus based on morphological identification and molecular biology features.
