乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶/三元尼龙热塑性硫化胶的制备 被引量:1

摘要 采用动态全硫化技术制备了乙烯丙烯酯橡胶(AEM)/三元尼龙(PAM)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过转矩流变仪确定了动态硫化时间,考察了动态硫化温度、转速、橡塑质量比对TPV性能的影响,表征了不同橡塑质量比TPV的相态结构。结果表明,动态硫化温度为160℃、转速为60r/min、橡塑质量比为60/40时,AEM在交联过程中被破碎成微小颗粒,作为分散相均匀分散在PAM连续相中,此时TPV综合性能最好,拉伸强度为11.8MPa,拉断伸长率为320%,邵尔A硬度为75。 The AEM/ternary nylon(PAM15)(TPV)was prepared by Haake plasticorder,Dynamic vulcanization time was determined by torque rheometer,phase structure of TPV was characterized and the influence of different vulcanization tempreture,rotor speed and rubber and plastic ratio on the properties of TPV was investigated.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the TPV is the best,while suitable temperature for dynamic vulcanization is 160℃,RPM is 60 rand the rubber plastic ratio is 60/40,AEM was broken into small particles in the process of crosslinking,AEM as the dispersed phase was dispersed homogeneously in PAM continuous phase,TPV comprehensive performance is the best,the tensile strength is 11.8MPa,the elongation at break is 320%,Shore A hardness is 75.
