摘要
茶皂素是一种存在于茶树种子(茶籽、茶叶籽)中的天然表面活性剂,具有乳化、分散等表面活性以及抑菌、抗炎等多种生物活性,广泛应用于化工、农药、饲料、医药等领域。介绍从油茶饼粕中提取茶皂素的生产工艺以及茶皂素粗品纯化的方法,以期为油茶饼粕的综合利用提供一定参考。
Tea Saponin is a pure surfactants which is mainly existed in tea seeds. Tea Saponin has many excel-lent surface activities,such as emulsification,decentralization etc.It also have many biological activities,such as bacteriostasic activity,anti- inflammatory effect and so on. It is widely used in chemical industry,pesticide,feedstuff,medicine and other important fields.The article has introduced the extraction methods from Oil-tea-cake and the purification methods from crude product of tea saponin.The purpose of the article was to give some construtive references for comprehensive utilization of Oil-tea-cake.
