摘要
碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNTs)具有低密度、高强度、高弹性模量、韧性强等性能,在材料学、微电子学、生物学等很多领域都有广泛的应用,而其与基体之间的润湿角很小,导致CNTs润湿性差。为了提高CNTs与基体的结合强度,常用化学镀方法处理CNTs,且化学镀CNTs工艺简单、污染小、杂质少,所得镀层均匀、孔隙率低。本文详细介绍了CNTs表面化学镀的常用工艺流程、镀覆金属、表征方法、最新动态等,总结了CNTs经化学镀后与基体结合表现出的不同优异性能,并展望了碳纳米管化学镀今后的研究方向和研究重点。
Carbon nanotubes( carbon nanotubes,CNTs) have been widely used in many fields,for instance,material science,microelectronics,biology etc. because of low density,high strength,high modulus of elasticity and strong toughness. The wetting Angle is so small between matrix and CNTs,resulting in the poor wettability of CNTs.The combination performance of the CNTs surface and the substrate can often be enhanced by electroless plating method with simple process,easy to operate,little pollution,less impurity and homogeneous coating of lower porosity. The process of the electroless plating on the surface of the CNTs, the commonly used metal, the characterization techniques,the latest trends,etc are introduced. The excellent performance of the CNTs after electroless plating are summarized. The research direction and the research emphasis of chemical plating are outlooked.
