摘要
目的探讨经眉中切口切提眉联合皱眉肌部分切断,促进眼周年轻化的手术效果。方法回顾自2014年7月至2016年1月经门诊行眉中切口切提眉联合皱眉肌部分切断的47例患者,对其临床效果进行分析,并对比手术前后眼周形态的改变及皱眉表情的变化。结果所有患者手术前后的上睑及外眦部皮肤松弛均得到明显改善,皱眉的力量明显减弱,眉形位置适中,外观满意。结论采用眉中切口切提眉联合皱眉肌部分切断手术是一种改善眼周老化状态的有效方法,能明显促进眼周年轻化,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe surgical effect of periocular rejuvenation by the combination of eyebrow lifting and corrugator partial resection through mid-eyebrow incision. Methods From July 2014 to January 2016, 47 cases of patients performed who underwent eyebrow lifting and corrugator partial resection through mid-eyebrow incision were reviewed. The periocular appearance and the frowning expression were compared preoperatively and postoperatively. Results The periocular skin laxity was improved in all cases with the weakened strength of frow- ning and the moderate positions of the eyebrows. Conclusion The treatment of eyebrow lifting and corrugator partial resection through mid-eyebrow incision is an effective way for periocular aging to achieve the obvious peri- ocular rejuvenation obviously in cases of perioctdar aging. It is deserving worthy of clinic application.
