摘要
齿轮齿条传动中往往存在齿侧间隙,为保证传动机构的双向传动精度必须消除间隙。设计了一种通过丝杠螺母机构轴向的相对位移来带动与齿轮相啮合的两个齿条,使两齿条出现一个轴向的相对位移,即两齿条错齿,使当量齿厚增大,从而自动消除齿侧间隙的机构。该机构已成功应用于齿轮齿条驱动的回转工作台,结构简单、传动精度高、效果显著。
The gear backlash is in the process of gear and rack transmission,the gear backlash needed to be eliminated to ensure the bidirectional transmission precision of the transmission mechanism. In the designed mechanical mechanism,two racks meshing gears is driven through the axial relative displacement of the mechanism of sliding lead screw nut,and an axial relative displacement between the two racks( gear rack staggered teeth) appeared,and the equivalent tooth thickness increased,and one mechanism is designed to eliminate gears backlash automatically. The mechanism is used in rotary table of NC machine driving by gear- rack successfully,it can obtain simple structure and high transmission precision.
