摘要
为满足高压输入、高功率密度的要求,分析了MOSFET串联的静态均压与动态均压理论,结合反激DC/DC变换器拓扑,采用RCD箝位电路技术,设计了基于MOSFET串联的电力工程电源。实验及实践表明,该设计运行可靠,市场竞争力强。
The requirements of high power density and high efficiency are proposed with the development of power electronic technology in electric power system. The theory of static voltage sharing and dynamic voltage sharing for series MOSFETs is analyzed. The topology of flyback DC/DC converter is adopted. The technology of RCD snubber circuit is used. The electricity engineering power sources is designed based on series MOSFETs technology.The ex-perimental results and practical application show that the design is reliable in operating and the market competitive-ness is strong.
