摘要
社会主义政治经济学是研究社会主义生产方式发展运动规律的学说。中国特色社会主义事业正处在艰苦探索和努力创新的历史进程中,因而特别需要政治经济学的指导;中国特色社会主义的伟大实践,不仅对社会主义政治经济学提出了强烈的需求,而且创造着理论自信。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的历史观在于坚持解放和发展生产力的历史唯物主义原则;中国特色社会主义政治经济学的核心命题在于考察如何坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向;中国特色社会主义政治经济学的主要任务在于分析如何调动各方面积极性;中国特色社会主义政治经济学在现阶段的根本目的在于阐释如何防止陷入"中等收入陷阱"。
Socialist political economy is a theory that aims at researching the laws of socialistic mode of production. The socialist cause with Chinese characteristics is in the historical process of painstaking exploration and diligent innovation, therefore the guidance of political economy is badly demanded. The great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics has not only raised the desperate demand for socialist political economy, but also been creating our confidence in the theory. First of all, the historical conception of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics lies in sticking to the historical materialism principle of liberating and developing productive forces. Following that, its core proposition consists in investigating how to adhere to the orientation of the socialist market economy reform. After that, its main priority lies in analyzing how to mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects. Last but not least, the fundamental objective in this particular historical stage consists in discussing how to avoiding failing into a ＂middle income trap＂.
