摘要
蚕丝丝素耐酸不耐碱,但酸、碱和氧化剂对丝素的作用尚不明确。影响丝素牵伸性能的因素较多,文章采用能够定量分析两个参数联合作用效果的方差分析方法,重点探讨酸碱性、时间、氧化剂体积分数对丝素纤维的强伸性能的影响,从而为实际生产提供合理参考。结果表明,实验条件下,p H值、处理时间、双氧水体积分数的改变对丝素纤维强伸性能存在显著的影响。酸、碱和氧化剂使丝素表面形态和内部结构发生不同程度的变化,从而导致强伸性能的变化。
Silk fibroin( SF) is acid-proof but not alkali-proof. However,the effects of acid,alkali and oxidant on fibroin are not clear yet. There are many factors that affect the extensibility of SF. In this study,variance analysis method,which can analyze the joint effect of two parameters,is adopted to mainly discuss the influence of acid-base property,time and volume fraction of oxidant,which can provide reasonable reference for practical production. The results show that the extensibility of SF fiber can be influenced significantly by p H value,processing time and volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide. These changes caused by acid,alkali and oxidant in surface morphology and internal structure of SF fiber further result in tensile properties.
