摘要 通过筛选国家区试南方薯区参试甘薯新品种,为甘薯新品种选育和甘薯产业发展提供参考。2014-2015年,在国家甘薯品种南方区域试验广西试点对10个甘薯新品种进行品种比较试验,记载甘薯地上部性状特征,测定甘薯新品种的鲜薯产量、薯干产量、食味、病害抗性等。10个甘薯新品种中,普薯32号鲜薯产量达42486.30 kg/hm^2,比对照增产21.54%,增产达极显著水平;福薯604鲜薯产量达39 519.60 kg/hm^2,比对照增产13.05%,增产达显著水平。普薯32号、福薯604、桂薯11-196和龙薯31号薯干产量分别为11 400.9、11 179.65、10 759.65和9864.23 kg/hm^2,分别比对照增产29.33%、26.82%、22.06%和11.90%,增产达极显著水平。干物率以湛薯11最高,为31.72%,比对照增加24.61%,达极显著水平;其次是莆航薯1号,为31.63%,比对照增加24.26%,达极显著水平;桂薯11-196居第3位,为29.61%,比对照增加16.30%,达极显著水平。湛薯11熟食味最好,评分为88.75;其次为桂薯11-196、榕薯819,评分均为87.5。福薯604、广薯214、湛薯11、泉薯17和龙薯31号3种病毒(薯瘟病、蔓割病和疮痂病)均抗。淀粉型新品种桂薯11-196和广薯214整体表现较好,兼用型新品种普薯32号、福薯604和龙薯31号整体表现较好,适合在广西地区大面积种植。 The aim of this study was to screen new varieties of sweet potato from national southern regional trial which was suitable for planting in Guangxi province to provide support for variety breeding and adjustment of sweet potato industrial structure. The comparative trial of ten sweet potato varieties was conducted to determinate external performance,fresh yield,dry yield,eating quality and disease resistance in Guangxi regional experiment of national southern sweet potato regional trial during 2014- 2015. Among the ten sweet potato varieties,the fresh yields of Pushu No. 32 was 42 486. 30 kg / hm^2 and increased by 221. 54 % at extremely significant level compared with the control;Fushu604 was 24 481. 5 kg / hm^2 and increased by 13. 05 % at significant level compared with the control. The dry yields of Pushu No. 32,Fushu604,Guishu11-196 and Longshu No. 31 were 11 400. 9,11 179. 65,10 759. 65 and 9864. 23 kg / hm^2,increased by 29. 33 %,26. 82%,22. 06 % and 11. 90 % at extremely significant level respectively compared with the control. The dry weight ratios of Zhanshu11 was the highest(31. 72 %) and increased by 24. 61 % at extremely significant level; Puhangshu No. 1 was the second highest(31. 63 %) and increased by 24. 26 % at extremely significant level; Guishu11-196 was the third highest(29. 61 %) and increased by 16. 30 % at extremely significant level compared with the control. The best flavor of Zhanshu11 was the highest(88. 75) and the better flavor of Guishu11-196 and Rongshu819 were 87. 5. increased by 24. 61 % at extremely significant level; Puhangshu No. 1was the second highest(31. 63 %) and increased by 24. 26 % at extremely significant level; Guishu11-196 was the third highest(29. 61 %) and increased by 16. 30 % at extremely significant level compared with the control. Fushu604,Guangshu214,Zhanshu11,Quangshu17 and Longshu No. 31 resisted the three kinds of viruses(Fasarium axyssporam. Fusarium oxysporum,Cladosporium carpophilum). High starch varieties such as Guishu11-196,Guangshu214 and dual-purpose varieties Pushu No. 32,Fushu604,Longshu No. 31 with better comprehensive performances were suitable for planting in large areas of Guangxi region.
