摘要
为更好判断烟草种子成熟度以指导采收,研究利用MS云烟87和云烟99种皮叶绿素荧光(CF)的变化来指示其成熟度。随着种子成熟度逐渐升高,2类种子种皮中叶绿素荧光在7-20 d逐渐增大,20 d左右达到最高,20-35 d逐渐减弱。不同成熟阶段信号峰对应区间区分明显,指示清晰。CF越低,种子发芽率越高。相比传统方法,叶绿素荧光对种子成熟度指示更敏感、高效、稳定、准确,优势明显。
In order to define the maturity of tobacco seeds more accurately for better harvest,the chlorophyll fluorescence of male sterile Yunnan 87 and Yunnan 99 in different stages were measured to assess the maturity of the seeds. Along with the incensement of maturity,the CF values of both seeds grew until the 20 th day when the value attained maximum,then decreased between 20 and 35 d. The corresponding peak of CF distribution in different stages showed obvious difference. The seeds that had lower CF Values had better germination potential and germination rate. Compared with traditional methods,CF as an indicator of tobacco seeds maturity had obvious advantages,and it was more sensitive,more efficient,stable and accurate.
