摘要
以生态补偿价值为取向,构建世界自然遗产景区生态补偿绩效评价指标体系,并运用AHP层次分析法对各层次指标的权重予以确定,建立了世界自然遗产生态补偿绩效评价数学模型。研究显示,武陵源景区生态补偿绩优度较好,其中社会绩效为3.75,相对较高。主要收入来源、收入水平这两个因素影响社区居民对经济绩效的评价,差异非常显著;年龄因素影响居民对社会绩效的评价,差异显著。
With the orientation of ecological compensation value,index system for performance evaluation of ecological compensation in world natural heritage scenic area was constructed.Furthermore,the weights of indexes of different levels were determined by using AHP analytic hierarchy process,and a mathematical model for performance evaluation of ecological compensation for world natural heritages was established.Result shows： the performance degree of ecological compensation in Wulingyuan Scenic Area was relatively good,of which the social performance reached over 3.75,which is relatively high.Factors of main sources of income and levels of income influence community residents＇ evaluation on economic performance,with significant differences; Factor of age influences residents＇ evaluation on social performance,the difference is significant as well.
