摘要
通过光学电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和硬度测试等方法,对35Cr Mo铬钢表面纳米化前后的流动加速腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明:通过超声喷丸技术,可以实现钢的表面纳米化;经过表面纳米化处理后,试样的表面显微硬度明显提高;同时,经过处理后的试样,抗流动加速腐蚀性能增强,但是,随处理时间的延长,其耐蚀性下降。
By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and hardness test, flow accelerated corrosion properties of 35 Cr Mo chrome steel before and after surface nanocrystallization were studied. The results show that the steel surface nanocrystallization can be achieved by ultrasonic shot peening technology; after surface nanocrystallization treatment, the microhardness of the steel surface obviously improves; at the same time, the flow accelerated corrosion resistance of the treated specimen strengthens, however, with the extension of processing time, its corrosion resistance decreases.
