摘要
点焊品质控制是车身强度的重要保证。以点焊品质监控为目标,建立车身焊接装置的等效模型,利用单片机作为监控终端,并通过CAN总线通信,实现上位机对多点同步点焊品质监控。结果表明,该系统能实时监控点焊过程,大幅降低可控因素带来的焊接缺陷。
Resistance spot welding(RSW) quality control is an important guarantee for car-body strength. Taking RSW quality control as a goal, an equivalent model of RSW car-body was established using SCM as monitoring terminal and CAN bus communication, the multiple simultaneous spot welding quality control can be realized by PC. The results show that the system can monitor the real-time RSW process, dramatically reduce weld defects caused by uncontrollable factors.
