摘要
目的:探索和建立中医院个体与组织间知识转移绩效的影响因素模型,为促进中医院个体与组织间知识转移绩效提供可行性参考建议。方法:通过收集435份问卷,对全国范围内的13家三甲中医院的中医临床工作者进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对假设进行验证。结果:原模型的假设中除H3b的P>0.05,其余假设的P<0.05,故删除H3b对应的路径。同时,通过参考MI指数,增加"知识转移组织绩效←知识转移个体绩效"的路径。结论:中医院知识管理水平、中医院知识转移情景建设、个体对中医知识特征的认知水平、知识源知识转移意愿、知识接收方知识接收意愿对中医院内个体与组织间知识转移的个体绩效和组织绩效有显著的影响。
Objective To explore and establish the influential factors' model of knowledge transfer performance between indi- vidual and organization in TCM hospitals and to make feasible suggestions on the promotion of knowledge transfer performance be- tween individual and organization in TCM hospitals. Methods Through the collection of 435 questionnaires, clinicians in 13 tertiary hospitals of TCM nationwide are investigated. And structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to test hypotheses. Results In addi- tion the T-value of H3b is less than 1.96, remaining T values of hypotheses in the original model are greater than 1.96. Therefore, this paper deletes the corresponding path of H3b. Besides, by reference to the MI index, this paper adds a path of knowledge trans- fer performance from individual to organization. Conclusion These factors including knowledge management level of TCM hospitals, knowledge transfer situation construction of TCM hospitals, the individual cognitive level of TCM knowledge characteristics, knowl- edge transfer willingness of knowledge source, and knowledge receiving willingness of knowledge recipient have significant effects on individual performance and organizational performance of knowledge transfer between individual and organization in TCM hospi- tals.
