摘要
运用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法对浙江省冰雪运动开展现状进行研究,指出浙江省冰雪运动存在自然环境先天不足、专业型人才稀缺、适宜运动装备不足、缺乏政策实操引导等问题,通过对冰雪运动开展现状及问题分析,积极探索解决路径,提出大力推进PPP模式、开展冰雪运动教育、推进'互联网+'的冰雪运动、建设冰雪运动特色小镇、建设冰雪产业园、加大全媒体立体化宣传、健全冰雪赛事体系和重视冰雪场地规划等策略,促进浙江省冰雪运动的跨越式发展。
By using the methods of documentation,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper studies the current situation of ice and snow sports in Zhejiang Province,and points out that there are congenital deficiencies,late start and insufficient supply of ice and snow sports in Zhejiang Province.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of ice and snow sports,the author actively explores the solutions,puts forward the combination of sports and education,the introduction of ice and snow sports into schools,the promotion of PPP mode and the opening of ice and snow sports.The strategy of developing Internet+ice and snow sports,constructing characteristic towns such as ice and snow sports and attach importance to snow and ice venue planning promotes the development of ice and snow sports in Zhejiang.
