摘要 采用文献资料法、个案研究法等,对滑雪App的产品模式进行研究。研究认为在互联网+背景下,我国滑雪App产品已形成三大类型,本文举例的两款案例App由于其不同的创始团队背景,在产品功能的开发和运营上的思路各有创新,其具有特色的产品模式对于我国滑雪App发展具有指导作用。在滑雪运动与互联网融合发展的基础上,提出滑雪App产品,根据不同创始团队的资源和背景,进行差异化产品定位,引入体育科技,将冰雪搬进室内,针对冬夏季设计应季的特色活动,结合线上线下开拓合作创新的商业盈利模式。 The product model of the ski app was studied using the literature method and the case study method.According to the research,under the background of the Internet+,China’s ski app products have formed three types.The two case examples in this article are based on their different founding team backgrounds,and they have innovative ideas in the development and operation of product functions.The product model has a guiding role for the development of ski app in China.Based on the development of skiing and Internet integration,the ski app products are based on the resources and background of different founding teams,and differentiated product positioning,sports technology is introduced to move ice and snow into the interior,the special activities for the winter and summer seasons are designed,Expand the business profit model of cooperation and innovation online and offline.
