摘要
目的:优化麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的组成,并对优化的微乳处方进行质量评价。方法:以麝香壮骨膏方中提取的挥发油作为微乳的油相,在前期筛选的挥发油微乳处方的基础上,结合星点设计-响应面法优化挥发油微乳的处方组成,并对最终处方进行理化性质研究。结果:麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的最佳处方配比为:Tween-8024.8%、无水乙醇12.4%、挥发油3.21%、蒸馏水59.59%。理化性质考察结果为:麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的p H值为5.40,粒径为12.87nm;电镜下均为球形或近球形的颗粒,粒径在10-100nm之间。结论:本研究成功制备出了澄清透明、均一、黄色的麝香壮骨挥发油微乳,且制剂稳定。
Objective: To optimize the composition of volatile oil of Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster microemulsion and perform quality evaluation on the optimized formulation of microemulsion. Methods: Volatile oil extracted from Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster was taken as oil phase of the microemulsion, and the prescription optimization was then conducted on the basis of preliminary screened volatile oil microemulsion combining with central composite design-response surface methodology. Physicochemical properties of the final microemulsion were observed. Results: The optimum prescription ratio of volatile oil of Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster microemulsion was as following: 24.8% of Tween-80, 12.4% of absolute alcohol, 3.21% of volatile oils and 59.59% of distilled water. The results of physicochemical properties showed that PH value of this microemulsion was 5.40, and the particle diameter was 12.87 nm. Under electron microscopy the particles are spherical or nearly spherical, and the particle size is between 10-100 nm. Conclusion: A clear, transparent, uniform and yellow volatile oil of Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster microemulsion has been successfully prepared with good stability.
