摘要 文章运用数据挖掘信息技术,对国医大师路志正医案386例1 282诊次数据库,进行内伤湿浊病机与治法分析研究。揭示现代疾病内伤湿浊病机特征,以湿热、湿浊为多,波及三焦,易夹痰、或夹瘀,兼虚以脾虚、气虚为主;梳理18类湿浊治法,以清化湿热、健脾祛湿、芳香化浊等居前位;凝练路志正治疗湿浊病证学术特色,以健脾祛湿为核心,以轻灵活泼、宣肺调气,调畅三焦、和解枢机为要点。 The paper carries out an analytic study on pathogenesis of intermingled dampness-turbidity to internal injury and method of treatment, includinf 386 cases in 1 282 times medical records of TCM master LU Zhi-zheng based on date mining information technology. It shows the pathogenesis features of intermingled dampness-turbidity to internal injury in modern disease is to the humid heat and intermingled dampness-turbidity for more, affecting Sanjiao with sputum, stasis, and deficiency especially deficiency of qi and spleen. There are 18 methods to treat intermingled dampness-turbidity, such as clearing heat and dissipating dampness, invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness, and eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics as first. It concludes the academic characteristics of LU Zhi-zheng about treating intermingled dampness-turbidity, which is taking the invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness as a core, and to be brisk and lively, ventilating lung qi, coordinating Sanjiao and reconciling the key to change as the point.
