摘要
大量的研究表明,胃镜镜像与舌象具有一定的相关性,舌象在一定程度上可反映胃病患者胃镜下的病变情况。文章从慢性浅表性胃炎与舌象的关系、慢性浅表性胃炎胃镜像与舌象的相关性、舌象与幽门螺杆菌的相关性以及慢性浅表性胃炎辨证分型与舌象的关系4个方面就近年来胃镜与舌象相关性研究及其进展进行了回顾,同时对相关领域存在的问题和研究方向进行了探讨。
Numerous studies indicated that the gastric mirror image was related to the tongue manifestation. The tongue manifestation could reflect the pathological changes of the patients with gastric diseases to some extent. It was reviewed the research and progress of the correlation between gastroscope and tongue manifestation from the following 4 aspects: the relationship between chronic superficial gastritis and tongue manifestation, the correlation between gastric mirror image and tongue manifestation in patients with chronic superficial gastritis, the correlation between tongue manifestation and helicobacter pylori, the relationship between syndrome differentiation and tongue manifestation of chronic superficial gastritis. At the same time, the existing problems and research directions in related fields were discussed.
