新扶正除疫颗粒血清药物化学初步研究 被引量:1

Preliminary study on serum pharmaceutical chemistry of New Fuzheng Chuyi Granules

摘要 目的:研究新扶正除疫颗粒的血清药物化学。方法:通过SD大鼠灌胃给予新扶正除疫颗粒后,采用高效液相色清-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)测定其含药血样色谱图,通过与空白样品的HPLC指纹图谱对比分析,探讨新扶正除疫颗粒的体内移行成分。结果:新扶正除疫血清HPLC色谱图中可检出14个移行成分,其中9个为原型成分入血,5个为代谢产物,通过对照品比对法(比较保留时间),确认了9个原型成分中4个成分分别为红景天苷、酪醇、虎杖苷、白藜芦醇。结论:含药血清的色谱峰明显多于空白样品,该方法为阐明新扶正除疫颗粒的药效物质基础提供科学依据。 Objective: To study the serum pharmaceutical chemistry of New Fuzheng Chuyi granules. Methods: After SD rats were gavaged with the New Fuzheng Chuyi Granules, chromatogram of medicated serum samples were determined by HPLCDAD to explore the in vivo migration components of New Fuzheng Chuyi Granules through comparing and analyzing HPLC fingerprints of blank samples. Results: 14 migration components were detected in the serum HPLC fingerprint of New Fuzheng Chuyi Granules, 9 of them are prototype components into the blood and the other 5 components were metabolic products. The 4 components of 9 prototype components are salidroside, tyrosol, polydatin and resveratrol through the method of comparison of reference substance. Conclusion: The chromatographic peak of the medicated serum was significantly more than that of the blank sample. This method provides a scientific basis for the efficacy material substance of the New Fuzheng Chuyi Granules.
