摘要
目的:探讨"正常体质-肾虚体质-肾虚证候"动态演变过程中唾液代谢物的变化。方法:根据中医"恐伤肾"理论,运用猫吓孕鼠的方法制作先天不足肾虚体质动物模型,运用肌肉注射氢化可的松方法制作肾虚证候动物模型,观察各组大鼠唾液代谢物的变化。结果:与正常体质对照组比较,肾虚体质模型组唾液中α-亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸、十八碳三烯酸含量升高,肾虚证候模型组大鼠唾液中二十碳五烯酸、二高γ-亚麻酸、苯丙氨酸、牛磺酸、6-甲基腺嘌呤含量下降。与肾虚体质模型组比较,肾虚证候模型组大鼠唾液酪氨酸酶含量升高。结论:伴随着"正常体质-肾虚体质-肾虚证候"的动态演变过程,唾液中的代谢物成分发生了变化,进一步说明了中医"肾在液为唾"理论的科学性。
Objective: To explore the dynamic evolution process of ‘normal physique-kidney deficiency physique-kidney deficiency syndrome' in saliva. Methods: According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory named ‘terror impairing kidney', the method of ‘cat scaring pregnant rats' was used to make congenitally deficient and kidney deficiency physique animal model. Animal model of kidney deficiency syndrome was prepared by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone. The changes of salivary metabolites in rats were observed. Results: Compared with the normal physique control group, the content of α-Linolenic acid, γ-Linolenic acid, linolenic acid were increased in the kidney deficiency physique model group; the content of eicosapentaenoic acid, two high linolenic acid, phenylalanine, ethylamine sulfonic acid and 6-methyl adenine in kidney deficiency syndrome model group were decreased. Compared with the kidney deficiency physique group, the content of tyrosinase in kidney deficiency syndrome group was increased. Conclusion: With the dynamic evolution process on ‘normal physique-kidney deficiency physiquekidney deficiency syndrome', the composition of the metabolites in saliva is changed. It is further demonstrated the rationality of the TCM theory named ‘the excretion of the kidney being spittle'.
