摘要
文章通过3则王彦晖教授治疗肿瘤的验案,探讨其治疗肿瘤的思路。王彦晖教授具有30余年的临床诊疗经验,在舌象和脉象上的造诣颇深,擅长肿瘤、湿病和温病等防治。认为在肿瘤的中医药防治中,首先应该满足饮食、睡眠、二便的三大基本需求,主要抓住"气"的病机,重视痰湿、瘀血等病理产物,以象、症结合辨证为主,把"阴平阳秘"作为贯穿诊疗的指导思想。
To discuss the thought of treating tumor of professor WANG Yan-hui based on three effective cases of treating tumor. Professor WANG Yan-hui who has more than 30 years’ experiences of clinical diagnosis and treatment and outstanding scholastic achievements on the tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation, is good at preventing and treating tumor, dampness diseases and warm disease. During the prevention and treatment for tumor with TCM, he thinks that the three essential requirements of diet, sleep, defecation and micturition should be paid more attention at first, pathogenesis of qi should be grasped, and pathological production such as phlegm-damp and blood stasis should be focused, syndrome differentiation should be based on ‘xiang’ and symptoms, and ‘relative equilibrium of yin-yang’ should be as the guiding thought.
