摘要
国医大师朱南孙乃沪上朱氏妇科第三代传人,从医近八十载,医术精湛。朱老提出输卵管阻塞性不孕症以肝肾亏虚为本,总的病因病机为湿热和血瘀。根据理论认识,朱老施治时常辨证予朱氏验方——蒲丁藤酱消炎汤化裁以清热利湿、疏化冲任,待湿热渐退,炎症得消,再加以补养肝肾之品,胎孕乃成。
TCM master ZHU Nan-sun,the third generation of inheritance of ZHUs’gynecology in Shanghai,has superb medical skills with nearly 80 years’clinical experience in gynecology.ZHU Nan-sun suggests that tubal obstruction infertility was based on liver-kidney deficiency,and the total cause of disease and pathogenesis of it were dampness-heat and blood stasis.According to the theory,professor ZHU commonly uses ZHUs’prescription of modified Puding Tengjiang Xiaoyan Decoction to clear heat and promote diuresis,and disperse thoroughfare and conception channels.With dampness-heat fading away,the inflammation is eliminated,and then the patients would be treated to nourish liver and kidney.Finally,the patients could be pregnant successfully.
