摘要
玄府是广泛存在于机体五官九窍、脏腑内外的微观结构,前期理论研究发现,玄府与血脑屏障在形态结构、生理特性及病理表现等有一定相关性,两者具有共同的内涵,'玄府-血脑屏障'参与脑病的发生发展过程。气、血、津、液、精、神的升降出入障碍,导致玄府密闭,是脑病发生的关键所在,治则开通玄府、治风宁脑,临证运用风药、虫类药理气、利水、化瘀、解毒、补虚等,协同增效,以奏通利玄府、复其开合、畅达神机之功效,以期丰富玄府理论在脑病诊治中的理论体系。
Xuanfu is a micro structure that exists widely in the body.The previous theoretical research found that Xuanfu and the blood-brain barrier have certain correlations in morphology,physiological characteristics and pathological manifestations.Xuanfu-blood-brain barrier takes part in the development of encephalopathy.The key in the encephalopathy is that the dysfunction of qi,blood,fluid and spirit ascending,descending,exiting and entering inducing Xuanfu tightly closed.Therefore,the principle of treatment is open Xuanfu,dispelling wind and enlightening brain.Wind medicine and insert drugs are used to regulating qi,diuresis,dissipate blood stasis,detoxication and reinforcing deficiency,in order to restoring the function of Xuanfu and Tongli Xuanfu and clearing spiritual mechanism.Hoping to enrich Xuanfu theory in the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy.
