摘要 随着城市化的速度加快,城区的土地变得愈发稀缺,交通量也大幅增加,高架桥已成为城市缓解交通压力的一种重要手段,但是在建造的过程中,桥面与地面形成的空间却没有得到充分使用,形成了剩余空间。研究分析了城市高架桥下剩余空间利用现状,认为桥下空间利用应注意安全性、交通性、景观性,利用方式主要是公交站、市政设施或停车场、绿化公园与景观休闲场所。同时分析了城市高架桥下剩余空间利用的问题。探讨了城市高架桥下剩余空间设计的优化手法,主要应增加照明、色彩、城市家具、材料,以及增加适量的植物种植。最后,笔者以荷兰A8高速公路公园、苏格兰"凤凰之花"、我国广州东濠涌高架桥为例,具体介绍了城市高架桥下剩余空间优化设计的优秀案例。 With the acceleration of urbanization, urban land is becoming increasingly scarce and traffic volume has increased significantly as well. Viaduct has become an important method to relieve urban traffic, however, the space between the bridge and the ground has not been fully utilized and therefore a residual space is formed. The utilization status of residual space under viaducts was analyzed, it was proposed that safety, traffic, landscape should be paid attention, the main utilization ways included bus station, municipal facilities or parking lots, green parks and landscape recreation places. The existing problems were also analyzed. Several optimization methods for design of residual space were discussed, such as increasing light, color, furniture, material and plants cultivation. Finally, with Holland A8 Expressway Park and Scotland Phoenix flower, the Donghongchong Bridge in Guangzhou as example, excellent cases of residual space optimization design were specifically introduced.
