航空发动机涡轮噪声适航性评估平台设计及应用

摘要 涡轮噪声是航空发动机的重要噪声源,其噪声评估对飞机适航取证非常重要。为解决涡轮噪声适航性评估难的问题,将NASA涡轮噪声预测方法和中国航空发动机噪声适航标准相结合,利用Matlab GUI软件设计了航空发动机涡轮噪声适航性评估平台。该平台具有界面友好、操作简单、可视化显示等优点。通过将预测结果与涡轮静态测试噪声数据进行对比以及软件对包括涡轮转速、涡轮叶片数和涡轮直径对涡轮噪声适航性影响分析功能展示,验证了所设计平台的有效性和实用性。 Turbine noise is one of the main noise source of turbofan engine, which is important to the airworthiness certification. With the combination of NASA turbine noise prediction method and Chinese aeroengine noise certification standard, a model for noise airworthiness assessment platform of turbine, which has friendly interface, simple operation and visually display was established, and a program by Matlab GUI code was written to solve the difficulty of turbine noise certification assessment. The efficiency and practicability of the platform is verified by comparing the prediction results with static test data of turbine noise and presenting the analysis function of the relation between turbine noise and turbine parameters including turbine rotation speed, number of turbine blades and turbine diameter.
