摘要
目的:探讨语言认知训练在脑瘫患儿肢体康复中的应用效果,总结语言认知训练的康复护理经验。方法:选择我院2013年1月-2015年6月收治的脑瘫患儿50例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿给予常规的脑瘫康复护理,主要措施包括心理护理、饮食护理、安全防护、姿势矫正、肢体关节被动训练等;观察组在对照组的基础上,再给予语言认知训练,包括语言表达和认知两方面内容。3个月后,比较两组患儿的临床效果、肢体康复效果以及综合功能的康复情况。结果:经过语言认知训练后,观察组患儿的临床症状和肢体运动功能、语言能力、认知能力、社会适应性、运动功能及自理动作等综合功能均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:语言认知训练能促进脑瘫患儿的肢体康复,值得推广应用和深入研究。
Objective: To research the effect of the application of language cognition training in cerebral palsy children's limb rehabilitation in welfare house,and summarize the rehabilitation nursing experience of language cognition training. Methods: Selected 50 cerebral palsy children who took therapy in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. The control group adopted normal cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing mainly containing mental nursing,diet nursing,safety protection,position correction,and limb joints passive training and so on. Besides the control group's nursing measures,the observation group added language cognition training which contains language expression and cognition. Compared the clinical effect,limb rehabilitation effect and comprehensive function of the two groups after 3 months. Results: Through language cognition training,the comprehensive functions of the observation group such as the clinical symptoms,limb motor function,language ability,cognition ability,social adaptiveness,motor function self- care actions and so on were better than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Language cognition training could improve children's limb rehabilitation,and worth popularization,application and deep research.
