摘要
本文在对TW公司的观察中发现研究问题,即具有传统文化信仰的企业家如何影响企业社会责任行为的过程,并对TW公司进行了探索性案例研究。本文采用扎根理论研究方法,经过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择式编码后提炼出主范畴,以及连接这些范畴的"故事线",在此基础上提出了一系列命题和理论模型。本文的主要研究发现是:信仰传统文化的企业家价值观与其他企业成员价值观产生一定冲突时,主要依赖横暴权力和长老权力的行使影响企业社会责任行为。本文最后对着眼于传统文化的中国管理研究进行了展望。
This paper addresses the question of how entrepreneurs with traditional values and beliefs can influence corporate social responsibility behavior through observing a special company initialed TW.Based on the grounded theory,An exploratory case study was conducted on TW Company through open decoding,spindle decoding and selective decoding,refining some main categories and finally linking these categories with a"story line".Several propositions were developed and integrated into a theoretical model.The main finding of this study is that the entrepreneur with traditional values and beliefs influenced the company's CSR behavior primarily by using coercive power and"the power of Elder"when there were conflicts between his and other members' values.At the end of the article,our wish is showed to see more Chinese management studies regarding traditional values.
