气力输送技术还存在一些局限性,电容层析成像技术应用在气力输送中,其可视化效果有助于过程控制和输送参数的计算。介绍了电容层析成像技术的原理,并通过具体实验对气力输送过程的模糊逻辑控制进行了分析和总结,认为电容层析成像技术在气力输送领域具有广阔的发展空间。
There is certain limitation in pneumatic conveying technology. The application of ECT in the pneumatic conveying can help process control and calculation of conveying parameters with its visualization effect. The principles of ECT technology are outlined,and an analysis and summary of the fuzzy logic control of the pneumatic conveying process through specific experiment are provided. It is concluded that the application of ECT technology in the pneumatic conveying field offers great potential.
