盐酸地尔硫治疗冠状动脉慢血流患者的门控心肌灌注显像对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用门控心肌灌注显像(gated myocardial perfusion imaging,GMPI)评价盐酸地尔硫对冠状动脉慢血流(coronary slow flow,CSF)的治疗作用。方法选取经冠状动脉造影检查诊断为CSF的患者51例(男30例,女21例),并随机分为地尔硫组26例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规抗心绞痛治疗,地尔硫组在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上加服盐酸地尔硫30mg/次,4次/d。治疗前和治疗3个月后分别行GMPI检查并采用门控分析软件定量评估心肌受损程度。结果地尔硫组治疗后的心肌缺血总评分[(3.49±2.03)分vs(4.65±2.53)分,P=0.007]和缺血心肌节段数[(1.81±0.95)个vs(3.01±1.95)个,P=0.000]较对照组显著性降低。结论地尔硫能改善CSF患者心肌缺血状况。 Objective To assess the effect of diltiazem on coronary slow flow(CSF)according to the gated myocardial perfusion imaging(GMPI).Methods Fifty-one coronary angiography(CAG)-diagnosied CSF patients(30males and 21females)were randomly divided into diltiazem treatment group(n=26)and control group(n=25).The patients in control group received conventional anti-angina pectoris treatment while those in diltiazem treatment group received conventional antiangina pectoris treatment plus diltiazem treatment(30mg once,4times a day).The patients underwent GMPI 3months before and after treatment for assesing their myocardial ischemia.Results The total myocardial ischemia score was significantly lower and the average number of ischemic myocardial segments was significantly less in diltiazem treatment group than in control group(3.49±2.03 vs 4.65±2.53,P=0.007;1.81±0.95 vs 3.01±1.95,P=0.000).Conclusion Diltiazem can effectively improve myocardial ischemia in CSF patients.
