摘要
群体性事件的发生对社会稳定有很强的冲击力。在治理理念下,研究群体性事件的发生机理,以和谐社会理论、风险社会理论、社会冲突理论为指导,从预防、预警、预控等方面寻求治理对策,建立健全群体性事件的预警机制、前馈控制机制,创新政府与新闻媒体的沟通方式,建立谣言阻断机制、冲突转化阻断机制和事后恢复机制,将有利于我国的社会稳定和国家的长治久安。
Occurrence of the mass disturbance has a strong impact force to social stability.Under the concept of governance,a research on occurrence mechanism of the mass disturbance,taking the harmonious society theory,the risk society theory as well as the social conflict theory as guidance,seeking governance countermeasures from perspectives of prevention,early warning as well as pre-control,etc.,establishing and improving the early warning mechanism and the feed-forward control mechanism of the mass disturbance,innovating the communication mode between governments and the news media and establishing a rumor blocking mechanism,a conflict transformation blocking mechanism as well as an after the event recovery mechanism,will be conductive to our country＇s social stability and the country＇s stability for a long time.
