摘要
提出一种基于时延Petri网的飞机典型部件装配线的建模方法,通过此方法对飞机部件装配线进行仿真和优化,提高飞机典型大部件装配线的效率。根据部件装配线的特点,以Petri网替换算法为基础建立了飞机部件装配生产线Petri网模型,基于此模型进一步构造出Td PN网模型,通过对Td PN模型和该模型的可达标示图的分析,求解出各个装配工序的最早装配时间和最晚装配时间来对整个装配线进行优化。最后,以某型飞机外翼装配线为例,建立仿真模型,并对装配线进行优化,说明了该方法的有效性。
This paper presents a modeling method based on the time delay Petri net for the typical parts of the aircraft assembly line. In order to improve the efficiency of the assembly line of typical large parts, the assembly line of aircraft parts is simulated and optimized by this method. According to the characteristics of the assembly line, the Petri net model of the assembly line is established based on the Petri net replacement algorithm. Further, the Td PN net model is constructed based on the Petri net mode. Through the analysis of the Td PN model and the model of the reachability graph, the earliest assembly time and the latest assembly time of the assembly process are solved to optimize the whole assembly line. Finally, taking a certain type of aircraft wing assembly line as an example, the simulation model is established to optimize the assembly line. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated.
