苏北沿海滩涂盐肥耦合对马齿苋生长及土壤环境的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为明确苏北沿海滩涂盐肥耦合对马齿苋生长发育及土壤环境的影响,通过正交试验设计的田间试验,研究了不同土壤盐分胁迫下马齿苋盐肥耦合效应。结果显示:(1)2.0~3.1 g/kg的土壤盐分可促进马齿苋生长发育及鲜菜产量,但盐分增大,生长则受到抑制。增施氮肥可缓解盐分胁迫对植株生长的抑制作用,随着施氮量的增加,各项生长指标及鲜菜产量均呈现先增加后下降的趋势。其中土壤盐分2.0~3.1 g/kg、施氮量150 kg/hm^2的种植条件最有利于马齿苋的生长和鲜菜产量的增加。(2)沿海滩涂上随着土壤盐分的增加,在75 kg/hm^2、150kg/hm^2施氮水平下,土壤微生物氮、碳含量及土壤全氮含量呈现显著增加的趋势。(3)随着土壤盐分的增大,土壤微生物活性(AWCD值)、物种丰富度指数(H)和均匀度指数(E)均开始下降;但随着氮肥的施入,AWCD、H和E值均显著增大,优势度指数(D_s)减小,在150 kg/hm^2、225 kg/hm^2施氮水平下,效果较好。说明较高施氮水平(150kg/hm^2、225 kg/hm^2)下,土壤微生物多样性较高,土壤微生物活性较强。 To investigate the coupling effects of salt and fertilizer application on the growth of Portulaca oleracea L. and soil environment, a field experiment based on the orthogonal test design was carried out in the salt soil of northern Jian-gsu coastal mudflat. The results showed that:(1) The salt level of 2.0-3?1 g/kg promoted the growth, development, and yield of fresh Portulaca oleracea L., while the higher the salt level, the heavier the inhibition to the growth. Increasing ni-trogen fertilizer could alleviate the salt inhibition on plant growth, and the growth indexes and the output of the fresh showed firstly increased and then decreased trend with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, and the nitrogen application of 150 kg/hm2 was the most beneficial to the growth and yield of the fresh under the salt level of 2.0-3?1 g/kg. ( 2) In coastal tidal flats, the soil nutrient decreased with the increased soil salinity, while the soil microbial nitrogen, car-bon content and total nitrogen content of the soil increased significantly under the nitrogen application level of 75 kg/hm2 and 150 kg/hm2. (3) The value of AWCD, species richness index (H) and evenness index (E) were declined with the in-creased soil salinity, however, with the increase of nitrogen application, AWCD, H and E were significantly increased, while dominance index ( DS ) decreased, and the interaction effect was better than others under 150 kg/hm2 and 225 kg/hm2 nitrogen application level, which indicated that the soil microbial diversity and activity were higher and stronger re-spectively at the two levels.
