摘要
主要介绍了目前燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)后烟气的排放方式、湿烟囱的结构、湿烟气的特点及其酸露点变化的影响因素及湿烟囱腐蚀的机理。由于脱硫后的湿烟气为低温高湿稀酸型腐蚀,对于湿烟囱防腐,应按强腐蚀性等级考虑。主要通过金属防腐材料和非金属防腐材料对烟囱内筒进行保护,金属防腐材料主要包括超级奥氏体不锈钢XDS-5、钛钢复合板、镍基合金,非金属材料主要包括轻质贴衬砖、乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片涂料、APC杂化聚合材料、玻璃纤维增强塑料(FPR)材料。
This paper describes the emission of flue gas after wet flue gas desulfurization( FGD) in current coal-fired power plant,the structure of wet chimney,the characteristics of wet flue gas,the influence factors of acid dew point changes and the mechanism of wet chimney corrosion. The corrosion of wet chimney caused by wet flue gas after desulfurization is classified as low temperature and high humidity dilute acid corrosion,which should be considered as strong corrosive grade. The chimney tube was protected primarily with metallic and non-metallic anti-corrosion materials. The major metallic anti-corrosion materials include super austenitic stainless steel XDS-5,titanium steel composite plate and nickel base alloy. And the non-metallic anti-corrosion materials include light affixed lining brick,vinyl ester glass flake coating,APC hybrid polymeric materials and glass fiber reinforced plastics( FPR) materials.
