摘要
以菠萝皮为原料,对超声波–表面活性剂协同提取菠萝皮渣中果胶的工艺进行研究。通过正交试验确定菠萝皮中果胶提取的最佳工艺参数为超声温度70℃、超声时间20 min、超声波功率320 W、SDS添加量0.6%。在此工艺条件下,菠萝皮中果胶提取率为8.73%。
The pineapple peel was used as raw material. The condition of extraction of pectin from pineapple peel by ultrasound–surfactant was studied. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:temperature was 70 ℃,extraction time was 20 min,ultrasonic power was 320 W and SDS concentration was 0.6%. Under above conditions,the yield of pectin was 8.73%.
