脆硫铅锑矿连续熔炼工艺及其冶金过程模拟

摘要 针对脆硫铅锑矿传统冶炼工艺存在效率低、能耗高、污染大的问题,中国瑞林研发了具有富氧强化熔炼特性的脆硫铅锑矿熔炼新工艺,该工艺具有节能、高效、清洁强化技术特征,并采用METSIM软件平台,按主要的工艺流程分别建立操作单元模型和进行过程控制,再集合为一个整体进行过程模拟,为冶金设计提供依据。 Aiming at the problems of traditional smelting process of jamesonite, such as low efficiency, high energy consumption and heavy pollution etc, China Nerin researches and develops one new jamesonite ore smelting process with oxygen-enriched intensified smelting characteristic, this process has technical characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency and cleaning intensifying, METSIM software platform will be used, According to main process flow,operation unit models should be established separately based on main process flows, and then process control should be carried out for process simulation to provide the basis for metallurgical design.
