摘要
目的 探讨医学生创新效能感与人格特征的相关关系,为医学生创新能力培养提供参考依据.方法 采取横断面调查,选用logistic回归分析创新效能感和人格特征在人口学特征方面的影响因素,典型相关分析创新效能感与人格特征之间的相关程度大小.结果 性别、专业和父母受教育程度对医学生创新效能感有影响,性别、家庭住址、母亲受教育程度对人格特征产生不同程度的影响;创新效能感中的独创性与人格特征中的活跃、严谨关系较为密切.结论 医学生创新效能感和人格特征之间存在部分相关关系,为创新能力培养提供了一定的参考.
Objective To analyze the relationship between self-efficacy of innovation and personality characteristic and to provide some references for the innovation ability training of medical students.Methods Through a cross-sectional survey,logistic regression was applied to analyze influencing factors of self-efficacy of innovation and personality characteristic in demographic characteristics,and canonical correlation was used to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy of innovation and personality characteristic of medical students.Restlts There were statistical significance of self-efficacy of innovation in gender,specialty,and the parents' level of education;It was significantly different in personality characteristic in gender,home address,and the mother' s level of education.Canonical correlation analysis indicated originality of self-efficacy of innovation and preciseness and activity of personality characteristic had close correlation.Conclusions There are partial relationship between self-efficacy and personality characteristic.Through the study,some references can be providing for the innovation ability training of medical students.
