摘要
目的掌握十堰市城区家蝇对不同杀虫剂的敏感性状况及其变化,选用比较敏感的杀虫剂,减少对环境的污染,为正确使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法用乙醚麻醉后,采用微量点滴器点滴1μl杀虫剂于试虫中胸背板上,每组试虫30只,每种杀虫剂不少于6个浓度,设丙酮为对照组,24 h后观察死亡情况。结果连续测定4种杀虫剂,家蝇对有机磷杀虫剂已产生了抗药性,但抗药性呈下降趋势;对菊酯类杀虫剂较敏感,但抗药性呈上升趋势;有机氯中六六六停用多年,家蝇已处于敏感状态。结论对蝇类防治应采取综合性防治措施,以环境治理为主,合理使用杀虫剂,使用敏感性药物,杀虫剂交替使用,减缓蝇类抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To master the sensitivity status of Musca domestica and its changes to different insecticides in Shiyan City, and choose sensitive insecticides, reduce the poUution of the environment,and provide scientific basis for the correct use of insecticides. Methods Using ethyl ether anesthesia, dropping 1μl insecticides to test insect mesonotum, each group of test insects were 30, each kind of insecticides was not less than 6 concentration, with acetone as control group,and observing the death rate after 24 hours. Results With continuous determination of 4 insecticides,Musca domestica had developed resistance to organophosphorus insecticides,but the resistance decreased. Musca domestica had more sensitive to pyrethroid resistance, but showed the upward trend. Organic chlorine has been disabled for many years,Musca domestica had been in a sensitive state. Conclusion The comprehensive control measures for fly control, such as environmental control, rational use of insecticides and pesticides used alternately should be implemented.
